Dental Staff

Sheri is from Duncanville, Texas. She has grown up in the dental field; her father is a retired dentist. She has been working for Dr. O'Neal since he opened his practice in Tyler. Sheri greets all patients, handles the reception desk, and manages our schedule. She will help you with any questions or concerns you have regarding your insurance policy, payment options, or your treatment plan. She is always eager to help make you feel at home. When Sheri is not working, she loves spending time with her wonderful husband of 40 years, Keith, and enjoying their busy grandchildren.

Carrie grew up in Brownsboro, TX. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years working as a dental assistant first before moving
to the front office to handle scheduling and insurance needs. She and her husband Mike have been married for over 20 years. They enjoy spending time outdoors. They tragically lost their only child, Austin, in an accident in September 2018. Austin was known for his fun-loving antics and million-dollar smile. He was the center of their world and will forever live in the hearts of those who knew him.

Zazzi grew up in Mineola, TX, and moved to Tyler in 2004. She knew Dr. O'Neal as a child and started working for him after she graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Tyler Junior College in 2008. Zazzi loves helping patients achieve a healthy smile and getting to know them. She and her husband, Kenny, have two children and enjoy outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and reading.

Kirsten grew up in Lindale, Texas, and graduated from Lindale High School. She attended college at Tyler Junior College where she got her degree in dental hygiene. Kirsten loves being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her husband Phil, friends and family. Kirsten is a proud mother of her first baby girl. Kirsten enjoys getting to know her patients, and she strives to help her patients reach their greatest oral health potential.

Miriam is the oldest of five girls. She grew up in Tyler and graduated from Chapel Hill High School. She later received her Dental Hygiene degree from TJC in 2023. Miriam enjoys making her patients feel at home and improving their oral health. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, photography and watching movies with her husband Gavin and their 1 year old son.

Julie has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. She is originally from California and is married with four children. She loves being outdoors, on the lake, and spending time with her family.

Nancy is a native of the Athens area and she loves spending time with her family including her including her 2 daughters that are 9 and 2 years old.

Hannah was born and raised in New Waverly, TX. She moved to Tyler to purse a degree in the dental field. Hannah lives in Gilmer, Tx and spends her spare time with her family, friends and boyfriend Tanner. She loves playing with her two fur babies Millie and Mollie, riding ATV's and cooking new recipes.
